PT. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta starts to arrange parks and sidewalks affected by MRT construction project.

PT. MRT Jakarta Director, William Sabandar mentioned, his side arranges 1.2 kilometers sidewalks and parks in total.

"It is one of our commitment to arrange parks and sidewalks affected by this construction," he stated after Halal Bihalal event at Nusantara Building, 22nd floor, Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Central Jakarta, Thursday (6/28).

Currently his side arranges some sidewalks and parks located in Senayan Station, Istora Station, Bendungan Hilir Station, Setiabudi Station, and Dukuh Atas Station.

Besides, PT. MRT is also concreting and straightening roads affected by MRT construction. Concreting is done by cooperation with Jakarta Bina Marga Dept. and Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR).

"We also hope residents can participate in maintaining these facilities in the future," he conveyed.
